WODRed is a comprehensive toolkit designed for athletes. It offers over 100 different workouts to choose from, as well as the ability to customize your own gym timer. The timer perfectly emulates a traditional wall clock you would find in a gym, while providing a straightforward and user-friendly experience for configuration.
Timer Configuration
With WODRed, you have full control to configure the timer according to your specific needs:
- Count Up (For Time)
- Count Down (AMRAP)
- Tabata (Interval Timer)
- Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM)
- Standard Clock
Workouts
WODRed primarily focuses on high intensity interval training workouts. Our aim is to provide you with an effortless way to discover new workouts through our efficient filtering system. Additionally, setting up the timer for your chosen workout is just a click away.

Available Equipment
Easily filter workouts based on the equipment available at your gym. This feature ensures that you can find workout options that best suit the resources you have access to.
Calories
WODRed offers an estimated calorie count based on your weight and intensity level during each workout. This information is displayed live on the timer as you exercise and is also saved in your activity log upon completion of each workout.
No Subscription Charges
Please note that this app is still in its early stages as it has been developed by a single individual. As someone who values functionality over unnecessary subscriptions, I have chosen not to impose any charges at this time. Rest assured, as the app evolves, your support will enable me to introduce further features and workouts.
